GR,iD was developed by GAW Capital Partners. It is a concept mall located in the heart of the Bugis Arts & Cultural district. It is a playground for the young and young-at-heart alike. The perfect space to retreat, recharge, and reinvent.
However, GR.iD as it is right now gave a dysfunctional first impression due to its poor mall curation and lack of sense of familiarity. The mall also does not provide shoppers a secondary purpose to complement their visit to the mall. Additionally, we found that the mall do not meet the needs of its target audience as it does not meet the spending power and lack in retail stores.
With the future of shopping malls in mind, we have identified 3 main touchpoints to highlight going forward into our objective for GR.iD. Which are expriential shopping, immersive customer experience, and a community-driven shopping mall. Thus, our objective is to be the next-gen youth hub for young creatives and aspiring entrepreneurs.
